About BouqCake

Bringing back April Inch BouqCake on our menu. It topped with around 10 stalks of flowers, flowers may be vary in every batch. We will try to make it as similar as the photo shown (pastel colour mode).


This is Yam Me

We launched this cake during MCO 1.0 in 2020, hoping to fix our customers' craving for dessert. This March, we upgraded our recipe to provide you more flavourful taste! Flavourful, but no colouring. 

It's topped with fresh Korean strawberries, combining sweet potato chiffon cake with the fullness of fresh "yammy" taro cream. Available in 6-inch, perfectly fit 6-8 pax. 

Ingredients: Imported butter, Eggs, Hand-picked yam, Coconut, Imported Flour, New Zealand whipping cream, Milk, Oil, Salt.

Lotus Biscoff

Fluffy coffee cake layered with creamy Lotus in the filling, and you can taste the Lotus crust in the bite.

Ingredients: Eggs, Premium Coffee, Whipping Cream, New Zealand Butter, Imported Flour, Lotus Biscoff Biscuit, Lotus Biscoff Spread

Chocolate Mousse

Bittersweet dark chocolate ganache and cream, layered with moist chocolate cake, making this a light and smooth chocolate cake.

Ingredients: Eggs, Premium Dark Chocolate Couverture, Whipping Cream, New Zealand Butter, Imported Flour

Rose Lychee with Strawberries

On top of that dreamy sponge, we've added creamy layers that are so smooth they feel like a hug for your taste buds. And here's where the fun really starts – juicy Korea strawberries and sweet lychees are like the cool dancers at a flavor party in every single bite.

Ingredients: Eggs, Rose Petals, Lychees, Korea Strawberries, Whipping Cream, New Zealand Butter, Imported Flour

Earl Grey Choco Chips

Earl grey tea and cake are a match made for tea lovers! Soft sponge cake layered with earl grey tea cream and Belgian chocolate chips filling. Each bite is creamy, smooth and fragrant.

Tropical Mango Tango

The moist and tender cake layers are infused with mango-coconut cream and mango mousse that perfectly balances sweet and tangy flavors. To elevate the texture and taste of the cake, we layer it with fragrant coconut milk jelly that complements the fruity mango flavor perfectly,and top it with glutinous rice balls.
